Job Summary Compensation Analyst
Location:
Hybrid in Boston (onsite 3 days/week) A leading, Boston-based client of ours in the consulting space is looking to hire a Compensation Analyst to join their team and support the midyear and annual compensation process.
Responsibilities:
Conduct job analysis and evaluation of positions at all levels to remain competitive with the market
Perform complex data modeling and analysis in Excel to support business decision-making
Partner with colleagues in HR and finance around compensation policies, budgeting, bonus accruals, and more
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required
4+ years of experience in compensation, HR, finance, or analytics
Ability to maintain, manipulate and analyze large, complex datasets in Excel
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical analysis to a non-technical audience
