Job:
The Provider Compensation and Contracting Analyst plays a key role in supporting provider compensation, contract management, and financial planning efforts. This hybrid position works closely with leadership to ensure fair, competitive, and accurate provider compensation aligned with organizational goals.
What You’ll Do:
Analyze and prepare annual provider compensation reports using national benchmarks (MGMA, AMGA, etc.) Lead provider compensation budgeting and productivity reporting Validate and manage wRVU data; support FMV reviews and justifications Assist with provider contracts and Workday compensation processes Generate reports for leadership and respond to compensation-related inquiries Maintain accurate compensation data and ensure timely contract renewals
Who You Are:
Bachelor’s degree required (or equivalent experience) 3-5 years of experience in data, financial, or compensation analysis, preferably in healthcare Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook Analytical thinker with excellent organization, communication, and time management skills Able to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple projects
