Summary:
Duties include maintaining records, files, equipment data, inventory and ordering of supplies, word processing, and high level of computer competency with construction database. Process work orders utilizing construction management software administrator, track capital equipment orders/inventory, maintain facility capital equipment and construction data base, construction project budget analysis/tracking, and maintain projects pay application. Assist with construction team process communications, reports for auditors, day-to-day project support with vendors/construction/administration reporting. Assist with maintenance of Security compliance processes and Lost and Found. Assist with regulatory agency compliance documentation and files of same. Perform other duties as assigned.
