Function of Position:

Assist the PRISM Multicultural Center in clerical tasks.

Examples of Duties & Responsibilities:

+ Sort mail, answer phones, perform errands, + Help with storing and moving furniture + Overseeing the center (cleaning, auditing supplies, doing inventory) + Help with set-ups over the summer + Help with typing documents + Communicate is knowledgeable with the Print Shop and the

Student Center Publication Office MCC Expectations:

Job Requirements:
Required Qualifications:

+ Current Student at MCC + Critical people skills as well as problem solving skills + Students must have considerable knowledge in: + The use of Word, Excel, Outlook + Knowledge of how to do spreadsheets, type professional documents, make labels + Phone and communication skills + Willing to work with different ethnic and racial groups + Must be able to think critically and can make decisions if left alone

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Bilingual and able to read, write, and speak Spanish, or other languages, proficiently
