Job Description
Human Resources Assistant 3.9 3.9 out of 5 stars 4461 Township Line Road, Schwenksville, PA 19473 Human Resources Assistant (Bilingual-Fluent in Spanish) Assist the Human Resources Manager in the day to day HR operations including but not limited to: New hire onboarding and training. Maintaining accurate/up to date HR records. Review and update internal processes, procedures, and policies. Assists in employee relations and advises management on personnel matters. Assists with updates of employee information and scanning of employee files. Review employee timecards. Excellent administrative and organizational skills. Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and ethical standards. Able to work well in a fast paced team environment to achieve individual and company objectives. Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred) with 3 years’ experience in an HR role or combined experience and SHRM certification considered. Food Industry experience is a plus. Bilingual
- Fluent in Spanish a must. Experience with ADP Workforce Now a plus. Fundamental and working knowledge of computers, including MS Office applications (i.e. MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Outlook). Start time is 7:00am Monday
