Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Coordinator to join our team at Tigon Golf Carts. In this role, you will play a vital part in working side by side with the Human Resource Director shaping our workplace culture and ensuring that our Human Resource practices align with our commitment to excellence in customer service. This position is based in the United States.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement Human Resource strategies that support business goals and enhance employee engagement. Oversee recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding of new employees. Manage employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. Design and facilitate training programs to promote professional development. Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with workers’ compensation regulations. Collaborate with senior leadership to align organizational design with business objectives. Maintain accurate Human Resource records and prepare reports for management as needed.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Human Resource Coordinatior or similar role in a retail or dealership environment. Strong knowledge of Human Resource practices, labor laws, and regulations. Experience with Human Resource software such as APD, DMS, Kronos, or Taleo is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships within the organization. Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
