Location:
Jersey City, NJ – (Onsite for the first few months but can be hybrid: 4 days onsite, 1 day remote)
Contract Length:
6 Months with possibilities of extension.

Responsibilities:
Generate offer letters for various platforms and lines of business. Schedule and coordinate onsite and virtual interviews
Initiate onboarding activities (liase with background check team, welcome email to candidate, compliance checks, new hire reporting)
Initiate and maintain timely communication and provide updates to internal stakeholders, partners, and candidates. Ad-hoc duties and projects as required
Must-have skills:
2+ years of recruitment coordination experience.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
High attention to detail and operational savviness.
A growth mindset with a proactive, eager-to-learn attitude
Excellent interpersonal skills-must be comfortable calling candidates.
Experience working in a global market or large investment bank (a plus)
Familiarity with HR processes from interview through onboarding
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook is required
Experience with Workday and Phenom preferred
Able to communicate with various types of personalities and stakeholders
