Primary responsibilities:

Certified Medication Aide licensure required. L1MA does not meet requirement Develop and maintain a structured work schedule for each staff member of the nursing department. Work closely with the Director of Nursing and Nursing Management team to assist with coverage to adequately handle resident acuity. Provide or assist with all ADL care to residents as directed as a CNA or CMT Provide and assist with all Medication pass as scheduled by the physician. Document care provided as instructed. Notify charge nurse of any changes in residents’ care or mood. Ensure that Residents are approached in a kind, gentle, and friendly manner. Report all grievances and complaints made by the resident to the
