This position requires a proactive individual who can effectively communicate with team members and potential candidates while maintaining a high level of organization. The ideal candidate will have experience with HR systems and a strong understanding of talent management strategies along with payroll regulations in multiple states. Duties Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews. Manage employee onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires. Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems such as PayCom Support payroll along with pay regulations in multiple states Collaborate with team members to implement HR policies and procedures. Utilize social media management tools to enhance employer branding and attract top talent. Provide administrative support for HR-related projects, including data entry and report generation. Skills Proficiency in Human Resources practices and principles. Strong administrative skills with attention to detail. Familiarity with HR software such as PayCom, SAP. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining confidentiality. Experience in payroll and payroll regulations in multiple states. Knowledge of talent management strategies to support employee growth and retention.
