HR Generalist Hicks Recruiting, LLC Rockaway, NJ 07866 Job Summary Our client is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Human Resources Generalist. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions, including implementing human resources programs by providing human resources services, which may include recruiting and staffing, administration of compensation and benefits programs, training and development, employee or labor relations, and affirmative action/equal employment opportunity compliance. Completes personnel transactions and maintains associated records. Collects and analyzes internal and external information in order to compare the organizations HR practices to those prevailing in the market. Ensures compliance with applicable labor laws or regulation. Responsibilities Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Manage talent acquisition processes, including recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding. Support employee relations by addressing concerns and facilitating conflict resolution. Ensure compliance with employment labor laws and regulations. Oversee payroll processing Collaborate on organization design initiatives to enhance workforce efficiency. Participate in change management efforts to support organizational growth and adaptation. Conduct affirmative action planning and reporting as required. Maintain employee records and HR databases Provide guidance on contract management and related HR matters. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred. Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role. Strong knowledge of employment labor law and regulations. Familiarity with talent management strategies and organization design principles. Experience with payroll systems such as ADP. Proficiency in HR software such as BambooHR. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Reports to CFO.

$85,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
