Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding Coordinate hiring processes Post job ads, screen resumes, conduct interviews Manage onboarding and orientation 2. Employee Relations Address employee concerns Support conflict resolution and disciplinary actions Promote a positive workplace culture 3. Benefits & Compensation Administer employee benefits (health insurance, 401k, etc.) Support payroll processing Assist in salary benchmarking and compensation planning 4. Compliance & HR Policies Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws Maintain employee records and HR documentation Update HR policies and procedures 5. Training & Development Coordinate training programs Support performance management initiatives Identify skill gaps and recommend learning solutions 6. HR Reporting & Metrics Maintain HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) Prepare HR reports (turnover, absenteeism, etc.)
