HR Generalist-Training andDevelopment:
Develop and deliver bilingual training programs(virtual and in-person) to support employee development. Partnerwith department leaders to assess training needs and createtargeted learning solutions. Facilitate training sessions in bothlanguages, ensuring clarity and engagement for all participants.
Track program effectiveness, gather feedback, and report onperformance and participation. Maintain organized, bilingualtraining resources and promote a culture of continuous learning.
Support employees during training by offering real-time languageand content clarification.
Qualifications of HR Generalist-Training and Development:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalentexperience in HR, Education, or related field. 2 years of trainingand development experience, ideally in a bilingual/multiculturalsetting. Fluent in English and Spanish, with excellentcommunication and presentation skills. Proficient in LMS platforms,Microsoft Office, and virtual training tools.
