POSITION DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized part time (17 hours) College Aide to support our administrative operations. This role is responsible for alphabetizing and filing documents, scanning and archiving records, and reviewing critical documents for accuracy and completion. The ideal candidate is thorough, dependable, and comfortable handling confidential information. Key Responsibilities:

Alphabetize and file physical and digital documents according to established protocols. Scan and digitize documents using office equipment and save them to designated folders. Archive old records following company retention policies and ensure accessibility when needed. Review incoming and outgoing documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance. Maintain orderly filing systems and ensure proper labeling and retrieval of records. Perform periodic audits of files to ensure compliance and organization. Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Assist with general clerical tasks such as photocopying, data entry, and mail handling. Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure smooth office operations.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required. Proven experience in a clerical or administrative support role preferred. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Proficient in using office equipment (scanner, copier, computer). Familiarity with basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, PDF editors). Ability to work independently and follow instructions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

HIRING SALARY
Pay Rate:

$16.50/per hour.
