Staffing Coordinator- Self Direction Program Halo Network, Inc. Amityville, NY 11701 We’re looking for an enthusiastic, energetic, and highly motivated Staffing Coordinator with at least one year of experience in home care coordination. In this role, you’ll be crucial in assisting with the day-to-day operations of our self-direction Department, ensuring the highest degree of customer service, and promoting best practices for service effectiveness and efficiency. Skills & Knowledge Strong communication skills for effective interaction with staff, individuals, and team members. Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport and facilitate smooth operations. Proficiency in computer skills , including Electronic Health Record (EHR) software. Ability to ensure compliance with documentation standards and promote efficient record-keeping within self-direction programs. Tasks & Responsibilities Serve as a liaison between the Payroll Department, self-hired staff, and families. Maintain timesheets and prepare schedules , ensuring staff accurately clock in and out using our Electronic Health Record (EHR) software. Process monthly expenses and send expenditure reports to individuals and families. Monitor staff time and attendance by reviewing shifts, staff notes, and Manual Visit Verification forms, and by contacting staff as needed.
