Job Summary and Essential Job Duties:
Support of day-to-day Human Resources operations including:
Onboarding:
Managing the onboarding process from offer accepted to employment end;
Background check initiation
I-9 Verification
Orientation facilitation
New employee check in/Stay interview
Peer review open/close
Exit interviews
Generalist:
Assist HR Manager with employee/personnel matters, projects, and establishing various reports and documents;
Scheduling and recording training for all employees
Work to ensure alignment inpany culture between management team and employees
Oversight of special events for staff by coordinatingmittees and schedules while staying within budget
Support and participate in Company safety, welfare, wellness and health programs Recruiting Support as needed: Updating job descriptions
Providing wage and salary information for roles
Screening candidates
Scheduling interviews with the hiring team
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience in an HR generalist or recruiting role is required.
PHR/SHRM-CP
certification preferred.
Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred. Must be able to work on-site 8:30a-4:30p or 9a-5p M-F.
Experience with ADP Workforce is preferred.
Kledge and familiarity with a PC, including MS Office programs is required. Ability tomunicate effectively both orally and in writing with employees and the general public, to maintain confidentiality in daily operations and to conduct daily duties in a professional appearance and manner.

Work Environment:
This position works in a manufacturing environment. The noise level can vary from quiet to loud frequencies.
Generally works in a clean environment and works to maintain the environment as such.
May require area specific safety training
The employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts and fumes
