Job Summary:

Job Description This role is ideal for someone who thrives on influencing, enjoys bringing structure to complexity, and is motivated by delivering results through people. This is a unique opportunity to shape business outcomes through high-impact HR execution. You’ll gain exposure to senior leaders and strategic transformation programs while operating in a role that builds depth in core HR disciplines. This role also provides strong visibility and development toward more senior HR business partner opportunities. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a large global corporation, ideally in high tech and/or consulting firm. They will have experience advising executives in high change environment on human capital matters, ultimately owning human capital plans (strategy, measurement, business results). They must demonstrate the ability to influence and have a mindset grounded in ‘how about this…’ instead of leading with ‘no’. Partner with senior leaders to implement enterprise and business-unit HR initiatives aligned with transformation goals and business priorities. Lead the execution of key talent and compensation processes, including: Annual goal setting and performance appraisal cycles Succession planning activities Talent review boards and calibration sessions Salary and promotion processes HR analytics Serve as a trusted HR resource to senior stakeholders, providing practical and solution-oriented support grounded in strong business context. Help drive organizational alignment, skill building, and workforce planning through effective implementation of strategic programs led by the Senior HRBP. Collaborate closely with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver leadership development, organizational design changes, compensation planning and employee relations. Monitor and surface emerging talent or organizational trends to the Senior HRBP and HR leadership, ensuring timely adjustments to support workforce needs. Support a strong rhythm of the business by coordinating and enabling HR calendar activities (e.g., headcount reviews, talent pipelines, engagement follow-ups). CANDIDATE PROFILE

10+ years of Human Resources Business Partner experience Strong project management skills and ability to manage complex projects with multiple stake holders in a fast paced environment Strong business acumen and ability to leverage analytics in support of HR business initiatives Able to communicate effectively at an executive level Effective at influencing others and overcoming objections to drive change Must be self-directed and able to work independently as well as in a team environment Preferred experience reflecting strong tenure in prior roles and steady career progression within a complex organization Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; and, effective problem solving ability Experience working in large global corporation, “High Tech” industry and/or Consulting Industry experience is highly desirable. Experience within senior level executives; Leadership role with senior level executives for human capital advisement.
