Human Resources and Payroll Manager 3.6 3.6 out of 5 stars 610 Highway O, Gravois Mills, MO 65037 Good Shepherd Nursing Home District is seeking an experienced HR and Payroll Manager for our skilled nursing facility located in Laurie, Missouri. The primary purpose of this position is to administer and perform human resource and payroll functions for the facility in accordance with current acceptable principles relating to nursing facility operations. Human Resources Maintain HR systems and processes Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently Ensure the organization’s compliance with local, state and federal regulations Assist in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating and directing the HR department Maintain confidentiality of all pertinent employee information in accordance with the Privacy Act Administer benefit plans including renewal process Report quarterly PBJ information Payroll Administer and perform all payroll functions Process and verify time sheets Prepare payroll checks in accordance with current pay periods to assure that employee checks are received on a timely basis Prepare reports as needed or requested Requirements and skills Minimum two years’ experience in payroll preparation and processing Minimum two years’ experience in Human Resources Outstanding communication skills Detail oriented Organizational and leadership skills Wage based on experience.
