Job Description

Position Overview:

As the HR Partner and key point of contact for Mid-Senior Level Leaders (Executive, Senior Director, Director), along with first and second-level leaders and employees, you will play a crucial role in delivering HR strategies and solutions that align with both short-term and long-term business goals. You will navigate the HR organization to ensure the consistent and timely delivery of HR services that meet the evolving needs of the business. As an internal consultant and coach, you’ll provide organizational development expertise to both business and HR teams, while supporting the seamless execution of core HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Foster strong, trust-based relationships with business and HR leaders, built on credibility and mutual respect. Gain a deep understanding of business strategies, translating them into long-term people strategies and initiatives. Collaborate with HR Business Units (BU), Centers of Excellence (COE), and business leaders to develop and implement people strategies that support business goals. Contribute to the development and prioritization of HR initiatives that drive organizational success. Drive innovation, employee engagement, process improvements, and a commitment to service excellence across HR and business teams. Guide business leaders in improving business performance, organizational growth, and managing change effectively. Communicate business strategies to HR COEs, ensuring proactive and efficient HR service delivery that aligns with business needs. Lead the local implementation of global and standardized HR processes. Ensure alignment of business unit (BU) and HR strategies with global and regional HR plans. Provide coaching and development support to business leaders, enabling alignment with growth and strategy agendas. Oversee the execution of core HR processes, including Talent Management, Development, and Performance for the BU. Play an active role in talent recruitment, development, growth, and retention strategies. Ensure consistent application of HR policies and compliance with relevant regulations, laws, and procedures. Perform additional duties as required or assigned.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred 6+ years of experience in HR or a related field, preferably in a global or multinational organization. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with HRIS systems and data analytics tools. Experience in leadership at a managerial level. Knowledge of talent management and performance evaluation processes. Experience in creating and delivering presentations to various stakeholders.

Pay Range:

$95,000-$110,000 (The range does not include benefits, and if applicable, bonus, commission, or equity)
