Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced and globally minded Global HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support Inmar’s growing workforce in Mexico and India. This U.S.-based role is responsible for ensuring HR consistency, compliance, and cultural alignment across both countries while serving as the primary HR liaison between U.S. corporate teams and global operations. You’ll be accountable for driving Inmar’s global HR strategy, leading initiatives related to hiring, onboarding, development, performance management, and offboarding. Full HRBP partnership for all corporate hires in Mexico and India, including direct involvement with associates. Key Responsibilities Global HR Partnership (Mexico & India) Serve as the primary HRBP for all associates and HR-related matters in Mexico and India . Act as a cultural and operational bridge , ensuring global HR practices reflect Inmar’s U.S.-based values and standards. Lead the execution of Inmar’s Globalization Strategy , collaborating with HR leaders and COEs. HRBP Support and Corporate Associate Lifecycle – Mexico and India Be involved in all hiring, onboarding, management, and offboarding of Corporate Associates in Mexico/India—across all departments and divisions. Create positions in Workday and confirm budget status with Accounting. Partner with Mexico/India/U.S. recruiter on requisitions and candidate flow. Coordinate with on-site HR to manage equipment orders and pre-hire logistics . Serve as the associate’s ongoing HRBP, in strong partnership with Mexico/India on-site HR. Act as the lead HR contact for U.S. managers working with associates in Mexico/India. Partner with Mexico/India HR to ensure smooth onboarding, performance alignment, and associate support. Develop and oversee global rollout of HR practices and tools into the Mexico/India organization. Process Ownership & System Integration Define and document global HR processes and ensure adoption in both Mexico and India. Reconcile Workday with local HRIS tools to ensure data accuracy and alignment. Lead budget planning for associate conversion and consolidation of payroll, benefits, and time-tracking systems. Collaborate with Legal, InfoSec, and Finance on compliance and systems planning. Talent & Performance Enablement Guide and support merit processes , performance review transitions, and target-setting in Mexico and India. Train managers on goal setting, feedback, and development planning . Partner with HR COEs on career pathing, growth & listening strategies , and workforce planning insights. Compliance & Communication Identify and help resolve compliance gaps in both countries; lead development of action plans with local HR and Legal. Maintain and evolve associate handbooks for Mexico and India. Develop materials and help lead Town Halls and internal communications in each country. Support HR diligence and integration planning for international M&A activity, if needed.

What We’re Looking For Required:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field (Master’s or MBA preferred). 8+ years in global HRBP or global HR roles with hands-on experience supporting both Mexico and India . Strong understanding of Workday , Oracle , and global HR compliance frameworks. Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to work cross-culturally.

Preferred:

Bilingual in Spanish. Experience leading or supporting global HR system consolidation. Proven success in talent development and performance enablement across international regions. Why Join Inmar?
