Full Job Description Job Summary:

We’re seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our growing team! In this vital role, you’ll work closely with leaders and employees to support business objectives through thoughtful HR strategies, proactive solutions, and a focus on building a positive, engaging workplace. As an HRBP, you’ll collaborate across business units to deliver value-added services that drive results – whether through employee relations, performance management, or workforce planning. You’ll help ensure our people-practices align with our core values, foster engagement, and enable growth. This role reports directly to the Director of Human Resources and offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact every day.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Build strong partnerships with business leaders and teams through regular interactions, becoming a trusted advisor. Provide guidance on a wide range of HR matters by helping teams navigate employee relations, compliance, and best practices while meeting business goals. Support workforce planning and lead full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, promotions, and onboarding. Advise managers on interviewing, performance reviews, succession planning, and career development strategies. Coach employees and leaders on performance, growth opportunities, while aligning goals with company initiatives and values. Lead fair and thorough investigations, resolving employee relations issues with care, accuracy, and appropriate documentation. Contribute to the development of training programs that enhance skills, compliance, and business outcomes. Stay up to date on HR trends, compliance, and employment laws (multi-state knowledge a plus!). Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Abilities:

Strong knowledge interpreting HR practices in talent management, compliance, performance management, employee relations, continuous improvement and overall HR operations. Excellent written, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Business acumen for aligning company goals with HR strategy. Proven organizational skills, the ability to juggle priorities, and a high level of discretion. Ability to travel up to 25% in

NC, SC, TN, GA.
Education and Experience:

3-5 years of HR experience in HR operations including but not limited to, talent management, employee relations, compensation, Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field (or equivalent experience). SHRM-CP or

SHRM-SCP

certification is a plus. Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with Paycom is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer for extended periods. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and travel as needed. Light to moderate lifting (up to 15 lbs.).
