What You’ll Do Lead HR strategy and operations across North Carolina, Virginia, and future regions. Build scalable HR systems, processes, and policies for field and administrative teams.
Oversee the full employee lifecycle:
recruiting, onboarding, retention, development, and performance. Manage cultural alignment and compliance during M&A integration. Partner with senior leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management. Maintain compliance across multiple states and reinforce a culture of safety, equity, and accountability. Supervise compensation, benefits, HRIS, and bilingual employee relations. What You Bring 10+ years of progressive HR experience; 5+ in HR leadership with multi-site or field-based teams. A willingness to work directly with our branch and field teams out of the office and hands on. This is a role that directly interacts with people in coaching, mentoring and policy compliance. Experience in high-growth, operations-driven environments (landscaping, construction, hospitality, logistics, etc.). Hands-on experience building or transforming HR systems, processes, and infrastructure. Familiarity with post-acquisition integration preferred. Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred. Strong knowledge of employment laws across multiple states. HRIS and data reporting expertise (e.g., BambooHR, ADP, Paycom).
Certifications:
(SHRM-SCP or SPHR) and/or advanced degree preferred.

Up to 25% travel between regions
