Job Tasks:
Oversee and actively participate in the day-to-day HR activities across the organization in alignment with the Company’s strategic direction Manage and administer all required HR functions, including but not limited to compensation, benefits and employee leave, disciplinary matters, employee relations, performance and talent management, cultural initiatives, safety, workers compensation, employee recruitment, as well as assure compliance with all

requirements. Maintains high levels of confidentiality with all matters Build, implement and maintain HR policies and procedures that support the Company’s goals and objectives. Complete mandated DOL/DOH reports as needed. Assures that all agency HR policies are updated, reviewed and in compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and regulations. Post job openings and follow up with all inquiries in accordance with agency protocols. Assists management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating and coaching employees. Support recruitment efforts as needed Participate and prepare reports for various agency committee meetings. Other duties as requested.
Qualifications:
Must have Human Resources management experience preferably in home care. Strong leadership and business acumen, self-motivated and poses excellent interpersonal skills.
