We are seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources Business Partner to drive our Talent Strategy for Canada, Bermuda and Latin America as well as to lead our HR Advisor team across the Americas. What you’ll be DOING What will your essential responsibilities include? Ensure excellent HR support of global client groups within the Americas region, by leading a high performing HR Advisory team located in the US, Canada, Bermuda and Latin America. Continuously review our HR processes starting with our clients and a focused, fit and fast mindset. Play a leadership role in automation and data usage. Supporting AXA XL’s human capital strategies, talent management and development for our global client groups. Partner with the Centers of Excellence (CoE) to implement regional and local policies and procedures. In conjunction with business leadership, build and continuously develop organizational capability through proactive and structured talent identification and management; and develop and deploy appropriate mobility strategies that will support the same. Facilitate, gather and consolidate feedback relating to staff engagement

  • develop solutions with the senior leaders to address concern areas or realize areas of high potential.

Challenge, provoke, and coach business leaders on how to engage colleagues, address people issues and build people capabilities effectively. Build, maintain, and manage relationships and partnerships to anticipate situations requiring training, curriculum development and/or changes in policies, procedures, regulations, or technologies. Drive the HR Policy in the business unit, country or region, adopting to the local requirements and constraints. Leads, develops and mentors a regional/local team. Partnership with Global HRBPs and Segments Heads. Graduate degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field required. Regarded as an expert internally and externally in their field Strong Leadership and management skills, including ability to establish and drive long-term strategic direction, think in global terms, but act local and demonstrate business acumen.
