What You’ll Do As the

HR Manager:

Oversee all core HRfunctions including onboarding, compliance, employee relations, andperformance management The HR Manager will process weekly certifiedpayroll, ensuring full compliance with prevailing wage laws andunion requirements Serve as the primary contact for labor auditsand ensure accurate reporting The HR Manager will maintain andupdate HR policies in line with federal, state, and localregulations Support workforce planning and serve as an HR partnerto field operations Lead full-cycle recruiting for field and officepositions The HR Manager will manage benefits administration andopen enrollment processes

What We’re Looking For:

5 years of HRexperience, ideally within the construction industry In-depthpayroll knowledge, including certified payroll and prevailing wagecompliance Familiarity with union labor agreements is a strong plusStrong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability tobuild trust across teams Ability to work onsite and collaboratewith project managers, field staff, and company leadership
