Recognition Programs Weekly PayJoin our Team As a HR Generalist you will: Partner and consult withpeople, managers, and employees throughout the employee lifecycle (Recruitment, employee engagement, employee relations andescalations? to ensure we are creating a meaningful experience forour employees. Provide department wide and local site support toreinforce our empowerment, diversity, equity, inclusion and senseof belonging priorities including local university relations. Driveour high-performance culture by partnering with managers to ensurewe are assessing, performance managing, developing and recognizetalent to ensure business success and employee retention. Provideongoing coaching to support the leaders, employees, and teams toachieve personal and business goals and prepare our talent to befuture ready. Equip managers with appropriate tools and knowledgeto effectively manage people alignment with business strategy andgoals and empower our HR model. Support business/culturaltransformation initiatives and communications as necessary.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in business or otherrelevant education. 4-5 years of experience as HRGeneralist/Partner Experience supporting hourly/manufacturingorganization would be beneficial. Ability to develop strongtrusting relations and influence and challenge others to supportthe team. Proven ability to exercise judgement and discretion inhandling confidential matters. This is a 6 month temp opportunity.

Pay Rate:
