Global HR Business partner 2.9 2.9 out of 5 stars Radnor, PA Radnor, Pennsylvania, United States Apply until: Open until further notice Global HRBP, Commercial Services As the Global HR Business Partner Commercial Services, you will be a key partner to the Senior VP, Integrated Business Planning and Commercial Services and other senior leaders in the organization, responsible for crafting and executing a global people strategy that aligns with the functional goals. You will also be the local HR partner and subject matter expert on people matters and HR processes in the US, primarily at the Houston office. This role demands an experienced HR professional with a good understanding of global supply chain and cross-cultural dynamics. You will ensure that the company attracts, develops, and retains top talent across regions, while fostering a high-performance, inclusive culture that is aligned with both local and global business strategies. You will have a close collaboration with other Global HRBPs and Regional HR teams as well as HR Centers of Expertise (CoEs). You will exhibit the Nouryon purpose and values, along with the Nouryon Leadership Capabilities Framework. In your future role as Global HRBP, Commercial Services you will Develop and implement a global people strategy that supports the functional (Business Planning, Logistics, Customer Service) objectives across multiple regions. Serve as a strategic advisor to the senior leaders in the function on organizational development and talent strategies. Serve as a subject matter expert in US Employment law and Performance Management and ensure local HR support to leaders at the Houston office and beyond. Lead global change management efforts in response to functional transformation, ensuring that the organization remains flexible and adaptive. Partner with senior leadership to drive organizational design initiatives, including global restructuring and workforce planning to support scaling operations. Lead global HR initiatives such as global mobility, cross-regional talent deployment, and regional people strategy alignment. In collaboration with the Talent Acquisition function, oversee global talent acquisition efforts, ensuring a consistent pipeline of diverse, high-performing talent across all markets. Together with the Talent Management function, build and implement global talent management programs, including leadership development, succession planning, and skills development, tailored to regional and cultural needs. Design and implementation of global performance management frameworks, ensuring alignment with local regulations and global standards. Together with regional HR teams and Total Rewards competitive global compensation, benefits, and incentive programs that address regional market needs while maintaining fairness and equity across the organization. Champion the development of a global culture that is inclusive, equitable, and respectful of cultural differences. Implement strategies to drive employee engagement and retention across multiple markets, adapting approaches based on local cultures and employment practices. Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations adapting global HR policies to meet regional requirements. Oversee risk management related to employee relations, labor disputes, and corporate governance, ensuring the company meets ethical standards worldwide. Consistently demonstrate and role model the Nouryon Leadership Capabilities, Driving Performance, Serving Customers, Thinking Critically, Collaborating Proactively, and Developing People. Use data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement in global HR processes together with Global HR Operations and HR Technology. Together with the local HR team in your region, be the subject matter expert in HR locally to deliver support to local leaders as well as implement global HR initiatives. We believe you bring Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required. A Master’s degree or relevant HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is preferred. Minimum 10+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 3 years in a Global HR Business Partner role, ideally in a multinational, Supply Chain organization. Strong understanding of HR practices in diverse global markets, with HR Business Partner experience across multiple regions (e.g., Americas, EMEA, APAC). Deep understanding of cross-cultural dynamics, with a proven ability to implement strategies that work in diverse environments. Proven experience in Supply Chain organizational design Extensive experience in leading organizational transformation and change management across different countries and regions. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence, build relationships, and drive alignment across geographies.
