Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Human Resources (HR) to lead our HR team and oversee all HR functions, ensuring alignment with our business objectives. This role will serve as our corporate HR leader for all our related entities as well as serving our client companies. The ideal candidate will be an experienced HR professional with a proven track record in developing and implementing HR strategies that support organizational growth and enhance employee engagement. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of HR best practices, and the ability to foster a positive and productive workplace culture. This is an in-office position. Some limited travel may be required.
Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to promote a culture of continuous improvement and engagement.

Talent Acquisition and Management:
- Oversee recruitment strategies to attract top talent and build a diverse workforce.
- Implement effective onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new employees.
- Foster talent development through training, mentoring, and succession planning.

Performance Management:
- Lead the performance management process, providing guidance on effective evaluation methods and feedback mechanisms.
- Support leaders in identifying and addressing performance issues and creating development plans.

Employee Relations:
- Develop strategies to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and ensure a fair and respectful workplace.

Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation.
- Oversee HR policies and procedures to mitigate legal risks and promote best practices.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Oversee the development and management of competitive compensation and benefits programs.
- Analyze salary and benefit trends to recommend adjustments as needed.

Organizational Development:

- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and organizational development.
