Role:

A rapidly growing green energy company is expanding operations across Florida and seeking a motivated Entry-Level Recruiter to help build a top-performing team. This role involves screening candidates, conducting interviews, and supporting hiring for sales, marketing, and field service positions.

Key Responsibilities:

⁠ ⁠ Review resumes and conduct phone/in-person interviews ⁠ ⁠Schedule interviews and coordinate onboarding ⁠ ⁠Maintain candidate records and hiring reports ⁠ ⁠Assist with job fairs and group hiring events ⁠ ⁠Collaborate with team leads on staffing needs

Qualifications:

⁠ ⁠0-2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, customer service, or office admin positions ⁠ ⁠Excellent communication and organizational skills ⁠ ⁠Quick learner with strong attention to detail ⁠ ⁠Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus ⁠ ⁠Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
