What you’ll be doing: Follow an established recruitment process to ensure AAP/EEO compliance and provide consistency to our hiring practices. Represent the company through professional, quality recruiting at community events, face-to-face and virtual settings, and by maintaining enthusiastic and positive relationships with potential candidates. Schedule phone screenings and interviews. Maintain recruiting calendar and serve as the main point of contact regarding scheduling and rescheduling interviews. Answer questions and inquiries that come in both internally and externally through in person interactions, email and phone. Coordinate logistics of candidate interviews, send all text/phone call reminders to interviews, and post-interview processes including pre-employment and background checks. Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) records including: updating job postings as needed, including reposting or adding advertisements, unposting and closing requisitions, updating hiring competencies post recruiting launch meeting, adding interview schedules, and ensure hiring manager ratings/notes are entered. Oversee new hire onboarding process, including: Entering new hire information, coordinating and communicating new hire orientation attendance at all locations, sending new hire first day and/or new hire orientation information, assist in new hire paperwork and completing new hire checklist for new hires. Communicate recruiting updates, schedules and availability with team members and hiring managers. Conduct phone screens of internal candidates for skilled production roles. Must be proficient with Excel & maintain all spreadsheets with accurate information and data. Must be able to work as part of a Center of Excellence (COE) with multiple locations throughout the U.S. Minimum travel is required.
What you should have:
0-2 years of relevant work experience required. High school or GED required.

The starting base pay range for this position is $23/hour – $28.50/hour and may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and performance. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
