As the TalentAcquisition Consultant, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of recruitment to ensure that the company attracts, hires andretains top talent while developing a strong pipeline for our entrylevel, non-exempt and high-volume roles. You will have an assignedarea of a functional business or line of business and will partnerclosely with hiring managers, Talent Acquisition Partners, andother internal stakeholders to assess long-term and short-termstrategic recruiting needs. In your new role as the TalentAcquisition Consultant, your responsibilities will encompass thefull spectrum of the recruiting process including sourcing,screening, interviewing, evaluation, and selection. A key componentof this position is the proactive development of candidatepools/pipelines to deliver a diverse top-quality talent pool. Thisis not an account manager position or a post and pray recruitingenvironment. You will be challenged to hunt top passive talent!
Responsibilities of the role: Provide value added recruitingservices to designated lines of business With a high degree ofcreativity and latitude, act as a consultant to hiring managers todevelop and implement robust recruiting and sourcing strategiesWith a high degree of advanced knowledge, perform and manage fulllife cycle recruiting efforts with a strong focus on diversity andcandidate care including job description/posting oversight,sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluating and closing toptalent. Plan, attend and manage recruitment events as neededResponsible for building credible and collaborative relationshipswithin the assigned business units including but not limited toHiring Managers, HR business partners and Talent Acquisitioncolleagues. Collaborate with stakeholders on diversity recruitmentinitiatives Pro-actively leverage social media channels ≺ofessional networking vehicles for robust sourcing results Meetall defined service level agreements with regards to timelines,recruiting metrics and compliance guidelines Proactively gainmarket insights to utilize/leverage with sourcing, attracting andhiring top talent as well as providing competitive information tobusiness lines Consult with compensation regarding market data andspecific compensation needs and initiatives. Assist in thedefinition of process and procedure with thought leadership withregards to recruiting Best Practices , legal compliance anddecisions affecting organizational design.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High School diploma or GED 5 years recruiting/talent acquisitionexperienceI edited this from last year s posting which was 3 years.5 years is more of an advanced role versus 3 years which is core. Ialso removed bachelor s degree but it s a moot point as Christina,Jeralyn and Lauren all have their bachelors.
PREFERREDQUALIFICATIONS
Full cycle recruiting experience Experience insales recruiting, high volume recruiting, finance, insurance,actuarial, tech or another niche area a plus Experience sourcingcandidates through professional social media platforms and hiringevents to deliver top quality talent and a diverse talent poolExperience using an applicant tracking system and CRM, preferablyWorkday and or Smashfly
