Help Find the Talent That Drives Wireless Zone | Verizon Wireless Forward Are you a people person who enjoys talking to others and finding great matches? Do you want to start your career in recruiting with a supportive and growing team? Wireless Zone, an Authorized Retailer for Verizon Wireless, is hiring an entry-level Recruiting Specialist! This role is perfect for someone who’s organized, enthusiastic, and ready to learn. You’ll help screen resumes, schedule interviews, and speak with candidates in the early stages of the hiring process. No heavy experience needed—we’ll train the right person who’s motivated and eager to grow in the world of hiring and HR.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Review incoming resumes and identify potential candidates. Conduct introductory phone or video interviews with applicants. Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers. Post job openings and keep track of candidate updates. Help create a great experience for every applicant. Support the Hiring managers with daily tasks and projects.
What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional attitude. Good organizational habits and attention to detail. Comfortable using email, calendars, and basic software tools. $16.00 – $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
