As a Talent Acquisition Operations Coordinator, you’ll play a key behind-the-scenes role in helping us grow a passionate, diverse workforce that supports this life-changing mission. What You’ll Do:
+ Manage critical data retention processes and ensure full compliance with OPWDD regulations, including fingerprinting documentation and State Central Register (SCR) tracking. + Coordinate advertising and promotion for hiring events and job openings across multiple platforms-bring your ideas to enhance outreach and visibility! + Provide on-site support during job fairs, open interviews, and other hiring events. + Track, analyze, and report on key recruitment metrics to help drive strategic decision-making. + Maintain data accuracy across our ATS and HRIS systems, assisting with process optimization. + Partner closely with our Recruiters and Onboarding Specialists to ensure smooth and compliant hiring practices.
What You Bring:
+ Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred (or 2+ years of relevant experience). + Experience in HR, recruiting, or compliance within a fast-paced environment. + Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with intermediate to advanced Excel skills. + Familiarity with
ATS/HRIS
platforms (we’ll train you on ours!). + HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus. What Makes You Great at
