As we continue to grow, we are seeking a professional, motivated Real Estate Recruiter to lead agent acquisition efforts. Job Overview The Real Estate Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and onboarding qualified real estate professionals across our service areas. This position requires a proactive individual with strong relationship-building and communication skills, and a thorough understanding of the real estate industry. Responsibilities Implement and manage recruiting strategies to drive growth in agent count. Source and qualify candidates through cold calling, networking, digital platforms, and in-person events. Schedule and conduct interviews, follow up on leads, and manage the onboarding process. Maintain a consistent pipeline of active and passive candidates. Represent the Laffey brand at local industry events and real estate schools. Track and report recruitment metrics to leadership regularly. Requirements Must have a real estate license. Minimum 2 years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or related sales experience (real estate preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented. Knowledge of the real estate licensing process in New York. Proficiency with CRM systems and basic recruitment tools. Preferred Qualifications NYS Real Estate License Previous experience recruiting agents for a brokerage or team. Familiarity with digital recruiting platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter).
