Location:

West View, PA (In-Person) Join a franchise-owned recruiting company that values and rewards its team. We are looking for a motivated individual to support our recruiting efforts by interviewing candidates, calling on applications, and maintaining detailed documentation. This role also includes outreach to potential clients to promote our staffing services and available candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

Conducting phone interviews and screening applicants Following up on online applications to keep the candidate pipeline active Accurately documenting all candidate activity and communication Meeting daily goals related to recruiting and candidate outreach Making outbound sales calls to local businesses to promote our services and available candidates Performing quality control calls to associates and client contacts Communicating with clients via phone and email regarding job orders and associate updates Presenting job offers to selected candidates Sourcing candidates using various job boards and databases

What We’re Looking For:

Strong attention to detail, especially in documentation Comfort and confidence using computers and various software platforms throughout the day Excellent verbal and written communication skills A helpful, service-oriented personality with a drive to meet goals Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment A persistent, outgoing approach—especially for sales outreach Prior recruiting or sales experience is helpful but not required

Schedule:

Full-Time:

Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00

PM Rotating On-Call Schedule :

To deal with emergencies over the weekends. On-call responsibilities are done remotely.
