Duties and job functions:

In this role, you will develop a network of talented professionals in one of three specialties: Technical/IT, Engineering/Skilled Trades, and Accounting/Office Professional. Some main job functions of our recruiter role include: sourcing candidates, relationship building, interviewing, sales, and documentation. You will learn the ins and outs of your specialty and JFC’s recruiting methods one step at a time, receiving individual guidance from managers, colleagues, and an experienced mentor along the way.
