Manpower’s Cranston office is growing, and we’re looking for a full-time Recruiter to join our team! ????
What You’ll Do:
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process Source, screen, and interview candidates to match client needs Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients Thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision Collaborate with our team to meet staffing goals and deadlines ????
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 2 years of experience in staffing/recruiting, with a strong focus on manufacturing and skilled trades Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Passion for helping people find meaningful work ????
