Key Responsibilities:
o Post job listings on employment platforms and social media.o Screen applications, conduct phone interviews, and shortlistcandidates.o Schedule in-person or virtual interviews with quantifiedcandidates.o Coordinate caregiver orientation and onboarding sessions.o Distribute recruitment materials to locaI nursing homes,training schools, and clinics.. Represent the agency at locaI career fairs and communityevents.o Maintain records of recruitment sources, interview outcomes,and new hires.. Reports on hiring trends and staffing needs to management.o Plan and coordinate creative community eventso Visit nursing homes and community centers to promote ourserviceso Build strong relationships with locaI partners and referralsources. Support the hiring process from outreach to onboarding
Position Summary:
Supports recruitment and community outreach by sourcing candidates, attending events, and promoting the agency in the local area. Handing new candidates hire and new onboarding orientation.
