As a Recruitment Specialist at Tjoapack, you will play a critical role in helping us attract and hire the right people to support our continued growth and success. You’ll manage the entire recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding, and serve as a key partner to hiring managers. In this role, you will combine hands-on recruitment expertise with creativity in employer branding and a data-driven mindset. As a Recruitment Specialist you will be responsible for: Manage full-cycle recruitment for hourly, technical, and operational roles Ensure smooth handoff of new hires to the business and support onboarding activities Develop and manage job postings across key platforms (Indeed, LinkedIn, internal career pages) Create social media content to promote open roles and our company culture Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements and candidate profiles Track recruitment metrics: number of openings, time-to-fill, source of hire Identify process improvements and implement best practices in recruitment ️ What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field (or equivalent experience). 3-5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally in a corporate or in-house setting. Familiarity with hourly and/or high-volume recruiting while maintaining a focus on quality of hire. Demonstrated ability to build pipelines proactively without agency support. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience with data-driven analysis and recruitment tools. Full professional proficiency in English. Proficient in Office 365 (Word, Excel and Microsoft Teams). You Are Strong planning and organizing skills: able to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency Skilled in networking and relationship-building with internal and external partners
