Job Description
Sr. Manager, Talent Acquisition – Field Red Bull North America United States, York, York 218 West 18th Street (Show on map) Jun 24, 2025 Reporting to the Director, Talent Acquisition, the Sr. Manager, Talent Acquisition (Field) will lead Talent Acquisition for one of the five Regions across all functions and entities. You will manage a team that identifies and recruits the right talent, furthering Red Bull’s mission of giving wings to people and ideas.
EXPERIENCE
Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; or equivalent work experience
5 years of experience in corporate recruiting or talent acquisition, with 2-3 years in a leadership or managerial role
Proven track record of successfully managing high-volume recruitment
Strong understanding of recruitment metrics, data analysis, and strategic planning
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies
Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in the hiring process
Travel 20-30%
