Fort Bragg, NC Description:

Contingent Contract Award Description The Intelligence Operations and Training SME will provide comprehensive support to AR G-2 Reserve Intelligence Operations and Readiness for the Army Reserve Intelligence Forces. This includes integrating with training centers to develop future force initiatives and policies, supporting training exercise OPORD development, and coordinating with various commands. The contractor will assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring the readiness of Reserve intelligence forces for mobilization and deployment, contribute to doctrine for various intelligence functional areas, and produce readiness reports for stakeholders. Additional responsibilities include supporting future Reserve intelligence training initiatives, managing the Funded Reimbursement Authority program, coordinating with ASCCs and other agencies, and ensuring training readiness through various programs and directives.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with training centers to develop future force initiatives and policies. Ensure alignment with overall intelligence and readiness goals. Provide support in the development of training exercise Operational Orders (OPORDs). Ensure exercises meet the training objectives and readiness standards. Maintain effective communication with supported and supporting commands. Ensure coordination and synchronization of intelligence operations. Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring the readiness of Reserve intelligence forces. Focus on manning, equipping, and training aspects in preparation for mobilization and deployment. Contribute to the development of doctrine for various intelligence functional areas, including: Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT), Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT), Human Intelligence (HUMINT), Counterintelligence (CI), Intelligence support to Insider Threat, Intelligence support to Cyber, All Source Intelligence, and Intelligence Systems/Networks/Architecture. Research, analyze, and produce AR MI personnel readiness reports for stakeholders such as: Intelligence Center of Excellence (ICoE), DA G-2, and MIRC. Support the development and analysis of future Reserve intelligence training initiatives. Evaluate and propose improvements to training programs. Provide input to the Combined Scheduling Training Workshop. Ensure training schedules align with readiness and operational goals. Assist in managing the Funded Reimbursement Authority program for the Army Reserve Command. Ensure proper allocation and tracking of funds. Manage AR MI supports requirements and funding levels. Coordinate ceiling levels through the AR Comptroller. Coordinate IWFF initiatives with AR staff and supported/supporting units. Ensure initiatives support overall intelligence and readiness objectives. Provide Intelligence Training Directives/Guidance. Enable training readiness via Foundry Training. Ensure Threat Awareness and Reporting Program (TARP) training requirements are met. Provide G2/S2 Training References to mobilize units. Support the deployment of Mission Command Systems at Reserve Centers as Docking Stations. Ensure systems are operational and meet deployment standards.

Requirements:

Active TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph Bachelor’s degree in Intelligence Studies, National Security, Political Science, or related field. Military training and experience can be substituted for a degree. Minimum of 5 years of experience in intelligence operations and training readiness. Strong knowledge of Army doctrine, policies, and training strategies. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to develop comprehensive exercise plans and scenarios. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment. Desired Advanced degree in Intelligence Studies, National Security, Political Science, or related field. Experience working with Army networks and classified systems. Experience with advanced training tools and techniques. Certifications from recognized intelligence training institutions such as the Joint Military Intelligence Training Center (JMITC) or similar.
