Job Description The Learning Consultant for Required Training is responsible for managing and improving training programs that support compliance, employee growth and business goals. This role works with different teams to understand training needs, design effective learning experiences, and ensure employees meet the required training standards. The consultant builds strong relationships with risk, compliance and senior leaders to align training with company strategy. They partner with key stakeholders to plan for future training needs, reduce risk and support business changes. The role also uses data and market insights to improve training effectiveness. This position helps strengthen the learning team’s role as a trusted advisor across the business and HR. It also involves identifying and managing risk related to training. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or related field, or equivalent work experience Eight or more years of learning and development, HR, business, or managerial experience Preferred Skills/Experience Thorough understanding of adult learning principles, practices, and learning sciences particularly in the areas of instructional design, delivery, impact evaluation, and learning technology Ability to facilitate and guide solutions to enable the business to achieve its strategic objectives through the development of talent Ability to interpret data to evaluate the effectiveness of training curricula, materials, and programs in light of business objectives and recommend action Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills Advanced degree preferred Experience in a regulated industry If there’s anything we can do to accommodate a disability during any portion of the application or hiring process, please refer to our disability accommodations for applicants.

Pay Range:

$119,765.00 – $140,900.00 – $154,990.00 U.S. Bank will consider qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records for employment.
