Clinical Education and Excellence Specialist (RN) – Clinical Training Team 3.4 3.4 out of 5 stars 134 Bridgeton Pike, Mullica Hill, NJ 08062 Position Description

MAJOR FUNCTION

Clinical Education and Excellence specialist plays a critical leadership role in the design, implementation, and sustainment of educational and performance improvement initiatives across the Inspira Medical Group (IMG) and Urgent Care. This position supports the advancement of high-reliability, evidence-based care by creating educational content, organizing and development of educational programs like preceptorship, and supporting best practices in clinical operations. The Clinical Education and Excellence specialist will work collaboratively with operational and clinical leadership to ensure organizational alignment, compliance with regulatory standards, and a culture of continuous improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Experience:

BSN Required MSN Preferred 1 to 3 years of clinical leadership or healthcare education experience required. RN specialty certification preferred Project management experience preferred Performance Improvement Project experience preferred Strong communication, facilitation, and change management skills Proficiency in Microsoft platform (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook). Experience designing and delivering professional learning materials in various formats (print, digital, video). Familiarity with regulatory and accreditation standards in ambulatory settings. Strong understanding of High Reliability, Performance Improvement (PI), and Patient Safety concepts.

Certification/ Licensure:
