The Trainer is also responsible for administrating competency assessment, performing various observations and surveys, providing process related coaching and being a visible resource to all associates. The Trainer is also responsible for developing training materials, such as Job Aids, Training Documentation based on Standard Operating Procedures and other materials as requested. The Trainer will also work in the production environment during training downtime. Other responsibilities as requested. Job Functions Primary liaison between on shift Operations and Training team Perform a training needs analysis to identify best training methods and approach. Delivery of Orientation, technical SOP training and coordination of training for all associates Marketing available training opportunities to employees and providing necessary information Communicating with shift leadership to identify training needs and communicating those needs to Training Supervisor / Manager. Administration of all post training assessments. Management of on shift training records and data entry into record keeping systems. Make recommendations for appropriate training methods or activities based on business need. Provide tracking and follow up with associates on Learning Curve. Use known education principles and stay up-to-date on new training methods and techniques Working in PATH as needed to assist in achieving business goals. Prepare, develop, deploy and communicate training aids/materials Gather feedback from stakeholders and trainees after each training session Host train-the-trainer sessions. Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment. Perform advanced, targeted training as needed. Performs other duties as assigned. Complies with all policies and standards. Knowledge & Skills Master proficiency: (MS Word, MS PowerPoint) Intermediate proficiency: (MS Excel) Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments Self-starter and able to work independently.
