Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and passionate Caregiver Trainer to lead our training for new caregiving staff. This individual will be responsible for designing, delivering, and improving training programs that equip caregivers with essential skills in personal care, communication, safety, and client engagement. Key Responsibilities Conduct hands-on training sessions in areas such as personal hygiene assistance, mobility support, medication reminders, and dementia care. Ensure training materials comply with corporate standards, state regulations, and best practices in caregiving. Evaluate caregiver performance and provide constructive feedback. Collaborate with management to identify training needs and improve caregiver competencies. Maintain accurate training records and certifications. Qualifications Proven experience as a caregiver, caregiver supervisor, or healthcare trainer. CNA, LPN, RN, or equivalent certification preferred. Strong understanding of caregiving best practices, including dementia care and safety protocols. Experience developing and delivering in-person and/or virtual training. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Patient, empathetic, and supportive teaching style. Preferred Skills Experience with adult learning techniques and instructional design. Familiarity with online training platforms or e-learning tools.
