As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients, ensuring their comfort and safety in both home and community settings. This position requires a commitment to patient care, empathy, and the ability to work effectively with individuals with diverse needs, including those with disabilities.

Shift:

Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday 9am – 8pm. Thursday 9am – 3pm. •Must have a drivers license and reliable transportation• Duties Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and meal preparation. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment. Monitor and document patient observations, reporting any changes in health or behavior to appropriate personnel. Help clients with mobility needs, including lifting and transferring them safely as required. Support individuals with disabilities in their daily routines and community engagement activities. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care plans are followed. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by adhering to health and safety protocols. Requirements Previous experience in caregiving, home health, or direct support roles is preferred. Knowledge of patient care techniques and practices related to working with individuals with disabilities is highly valued. Strong observational skills for monitoring client health and well-being. Ability to lift and assist clients safely while maintaining their dignity. Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients, families, and healthcare teams. A background in nursing or social work is a plus but not mandatory. Must be reliable, compassionate, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
