What You’ll Do Develop and maintain strategic relationships with referral sources Identify and close new business opportunities Represent FirstLight in community events and networking meetings Deliver impactful presentations and sales conversations Maintain accurate CRM records and weekly reports Analyze sales metrics and continuously improve your strategy Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client onboarding experience What You Bring 3+ years of outside sales or business development experience Strong closing skills and relationshipbuilding mindset Excellent communication, presentation, and followup abilities Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Motivation to work independently and exceed goals Experience in healthcare, senior services, or home care is required Why Join FirstLight Employeefirst mentality Our employees are the heart and soul of our company and we do what it takes to show appreciation and recognition for their hard work.
