This role involves cultivating relationships with new and existing clients, expanding the brand’s presence in both retail and wholesale markets, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities across B2B channels (retailers, distributors, boutiques, spas, e-commerce). Manage and grow existing accounts to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business. Promote the full range of personal care products, including bar soaps, body lotions, gift sets, and private label/custom-branded items. Represent the brand at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings. Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to tailor sales strategies and support new product launches. Maintain accurate records of client communications, sales activities, and forecasts using CRM software. Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities or areas of differentiation. Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in cosmetics, personal care, or soap-related products. Demonstrated success in meeting or surpassing sales goals. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. In-depth understanding of retail distribution and merchandising practices. Highly self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision. Proficient in using CRM tools to manage pipelines and track performance.
