Shift:
Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday 1pm – 4pm. Summary As a Caregiver at Nova Leap Health, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients. This position involves providing compassionate support and assistance to individuals in their homes, ensuring their comfort and well-being while promoting independence. Responsibilities Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities for clients. Monitor and document patient conditions and report any changes to the management team. Ensure clients’ rights are respected and upheld at all times. Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping as needed. Engage clients in meaningful activities that promote mental and emotional well-being. Maintain confidentiality of client information in accordance with HIPAA regulations. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated care. Requirements Previous experience in caregiving or related fields is preferred. Knowledge of resident rights and long-term care practices is essential. Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor are required. Ability to work flexible hours based on client needs. Basic cooking skills are a plus, but not mandatory.
