Care Partner Hampton Manor of Wentzville Wentzville, MO 63366

Duties:

• Provide direct care and support to assisted living residents
• Assist individuals with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Ensure the safety and well-being of individuals at all times
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed
• Support individuals in participating in social and recreational activities
• Maintain a clean and organized living environment for individuals
• Advocate for the rights and needs of individuals “`

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with people with the senior population is preferred
• Knowledge of resident rights and regulations pertaining to residents in a long term care community
• Ability to assist with lifting and transfer of residents as needed
• First aid and CPR certification is required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
