What You’ll Do:

Assist clients with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility. Provide companionship and emotional support, fostering a positive environment for clients. Prepare and serve meals, ensuring dietary needs are met. Ability to assist with shopping Assist with basic health monitoring. Maintain a clean and safe environment through light housekeeping tasks. Escort clients to appointments, social activities, and errands as needed. Perform routine light house cleaning such as dusting, mopping, and cleaning of the bathroom and kitchen areas Observe and report changes in clients physical or emotional condition to the care team. Maintain accurate documentation of services provided and communicate effectively with team members. Assist with administrative tasks when caregiver work is light, including scheduling and data entry. Participate in training and professional development sessions as needed. Are You the Right Fit? Be able to read and write, follow verbal and written orders and complete written reports and documents. Understand the needs and characteristics of elderly, handicapped, or convalescing individuals. Ability to provide transportation services, High school diploma or equivalent; CPR and First Aid certification required. Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is a plus but not required. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport with clients and families. Compassionate and patient demeanor, with a desire to help others. Flexible and cooperative, willing to go above and beyond to ensure the well-being of our patients. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Proficiency in using mobile devices and basic technology for communication.
